Trained volunteers work in teams of two to conduct exercise sessions designed to reverse and prevent osteoporosis. Strength training and balance exercises along with osteoporosis related heath education classes are taught twice each week.
These classes are on going, participants use hand and ankle weights. Classes are typically offered at no charge to the participants.
