Motivated adult ESL learners seek a creative and friendly volunteer ESL teacher. We are searching for a volunteer that can teach one weekday morning, afternoon, or evening per week. We ask for a 6-month commitment to volunteering. You do not need to speak any language other than English, just a desire to help the residents in our community express themselves with ease and feel empowered! The class size will be a small group (3-5 people) of beginning and intermediate English speakers, ranging in age from 25-70 years old and speak Russian, Spanish or Chinese as their native language. You will most likely learn as much from them as they will from you!
