Mission Statement

SLO Hotline's mission is to provide free, confidential and caring support 24 hours per day for callers in the area who need emotional and mental health support, crisis intervention, suicide prevention and information and referrals to appropriate resources.

Description

We are a 24-hour telephone service, staffed by volunteers who are trained to provide empathic, supportive active listening, assistance in a crisis and referrals to local reources which offer counseling, support and mental health treatment.
