Development office of growing nonprofit staffed with big thinkers needs help to migrate our current database to SalesForce. We are currently using a low-cost online database program designed for nonprofits. We need someone who can direct staff to clean up our current database and guide us through the transition to Salesforce.
OBA's mission is opening the wilderness to everyone. We carry out our mission by delivering challenging wilderness adventures, environmental education and personal development courses to urban youth who might otherwise never have an opportunity to experience the grandeur of nature and its effects on one's life. We have learned that time spent on mountain tops and on desert floors builds character.
We laugh a lot and enjoy working hard. We encourage our volunteers to join us in day hikes and overnights excursions. Check out our website at www.obainc.org

Description
OBA provides challenging enviromental education and wilderness adventures to at risk urban youth. We strive to maintian long term relationships with our participants to help steer them clear of the negative influences they confront each day and to keep forcused on the postive messages, relationships and skills they acquire through their participation on OBA activites and job opportunites.
