Hand Hygiene Observation Volunteers support the Infection Control Department at Hospital for Special Care. They observe hand sanitizing practices of clinical staff, document observations and submit them to Infection Control. This data is used to identify any areas that have increased need for hand hygiene education.

This is an ideal opportunity for nursing students or others seeking a career in the health care field. Volunteers are needed on first shift, second shift and week ends. Complete training is provided. Hours are flexible after training. Come in once a week for 2 hours and be part of our mission to rebuild lives!
