Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of functions in accordance with objectives of organization. Has multifunctional support responsibilities such as, but not limited to, administrative functions, data communications, facilities management, human resources services, insurance, office services, purchasing, security, etc. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer level, and director-level personnel report to this position.
