Would You Like to Make a Difference in a person's Life? Volunteer to help a hospice patient or family member make their days easier. As a hospice volunteer you can provide any of the following services or decline any request for service that you cannot or do not want to do:
- Visit on a weekly basis, providing companionship
- Run errands
- Provide a break for caregivers by staying with a patient
- Help with simple meal preparation or light housekeeping
Volunteer services may be provided on weekdays and/or weekends, daytime and/or evenings for a few hours at a time. Please call 317-6016 or email volunteer@hindshospice.org for an application. Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
