We need your help to spread the word about the great work we do advocating for the abused and neglected children of Carroll County.
Voices for Children (VFC) is looking for volunteers to serve as VFC Ambassadors, direct links into the community that we can utilize to spread the word and help more kids.
The VFC Ambassador is to be an individual dedicated to spreading awareness about VFC and a constant source of accurate information of Voices for Children programming. Our office staff will provide all materials needed and training about VFC for individuals new to our organization.
We only ask individuals to serve for 6 months and when and where you spread the word is up to you and your personal schedule. Because the time commitment is flexible, this volunteer opportunity is great for those who may feel their schedule is too busy already, but still want to help their community.
We all spend time talking to others, why not start talking about Voices for Children and all the work we do to give abused and neglected children a voice?
Call our office:

Description
Voices for Children of Carroll County is the local Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program in Carroll County, Maryland. Voices for Children empowers everyday citizens to speak in the best interest of Carroll County's children who have suffered from abuse or neglect and are in need of a safe and permanent home.
Voices for Children of Carroll County volunteers are trained, unpaid volunteers appointed by a judge, who work together with key county agencies, legal counsel, and community resources to represent the best interest of a child in juvenile court. The advocate is a friend, role model and often the only constant figure in a child's life.
Voices For Children of Carroll County is a member of the National CASA Association and an affiliate of the Maryland CASA Assocation.
