Mission Statement
The mission of Community Technology Resource Center [CTRC], is to assist in Economic Development efforts targeting inner-city Buffalo (NY) residents and youth, by: (a) Promoting computer-Internet literacy and usage(s), (b) Ensuring Access to Technology via establishment of (free-to-low cost) Neighborhood and Community Technology Learning location(s); and, (c) Partnering with strategic alliance entities sharing an similar Community Empowerment and Revitalization agenda.

CTRC, is a private 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, and is also an apolitical and nonsectarian entity.
