Mission Statement

The specific and primary purpose for which this agency is formed is to provide services that are designed to improve the quality of life thru programs of natural health & nutritional services & various physical exercises. The organization' goal is to bring the natural goodness of fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and legumes together to form delicious, heart-healthy, nutritious, meals that can be prepared in minutes. These recipes are low in fat, cholesterol and sodium.

Description

We have three (3) television shows that airs six (6) times weekly; the first and only 3ABN Radio station in the entire state of Mississippi-WFNH 95.1FM. Our Radio Station is 24/7 airing locally in the Jackson Mississippi Metropolitian Area and WORLD-WIDE via our Streaming Process. We have been feeding the Needy and Senior Citizens via Our Community Gardens since the Spring of 2012 to the present. We are in the process of teaching youths and adolescents sewing classes. We are in need of volunteers to assist us in providing instructions to our youths in sewing. In addition, we are in need of Donated Sewing Machines-new or used for our classes!
