The Paraclete would welcome anyone who can help us keep our website up-todate. We have kids and families who like to see their faces on face book. We have potential donors who would like to know more about and current donors who need to have a current view of what is happening.
With prodding we can provide the content but need technical help. You may join us at our South Boston location - a lovely old convent - or work off line. Flexible hours and days. We have a great group of americorp volunteers and recently retired folks that make our afterschool education program work. If your schedule permits, join us for dinner at 6:30 Monday through Fridays.

Mission Statement
To provide educational enrichment to South Boston youth in their out-of-school hours.
Description
The Paraclete provides a variety of educational enrichment programs to 4th through 8th graders during the hours of 2:20 08:30. The center is staffed by a volunteer Americorp teaching corps who are housed in our building, a gracious old convent, named McDevitt Hall. We have a number of recently retired volunteers helping in various capacities as well as groups that come to work on our building. Our children come from mix of educational, social,economic, ethnic and racial backgrounds.
