ORGANIZATION: Full Life Care

Music is a great way to interact with and reach our clients. Music gets them singing, remembering lyrics from long ago, it gets them up and dancing and moving their bodies.

Please help us by joining the volunteer team at Solstice Behavioral Health. We have a piano, but we would welcome you if you play guitar, ukulele, violin, or anything else. We enjoy all styles of music, including folk sing alongs, country western, church hymns, classical, jazz, pop, holiday, etc.

We are also very interested in finding a Thursday 12:30-1:30p weekly volunteer to teach a simple music class to our participants using small hand held instruments and voices, with the goal of permforming a song or two at our annual June art show.

We are a small program with one main room and 20 participants, so this is an intimate musical performance.

We have several other locations if this opportunity interests you but the location doesn't fit your life. Please inquire.
