We need you! Have fun helping kids succeed in school!! We provide homework help, as well as games and crafts for 20-25 children who reside at two of CPAH's affordable housing complexes in Tigard.
The program is open Tuesday and Thursday to kids in grades K through 8th. Shifts are either 2:45 to 5pm or 5:30 to 7;15pm. Volunteers at CPAH help resident youth with their homework and supervise activities and games while serving as positive role models. They have a desire to work with children, are comfortable supervising activities and are willing to read aloud/assist with homework.
Our after school programs will start at the end of September. We are looking for volunteers that can commit to one day a week. Thank you!!
