Are you outgoing and love to talk to people? Then this role is for you. The Customer Care Volunteer is the first point of contact the public has with our shelter. Volunteers in the Customer Care role are responsible for greeting people as they come into the shelter and directing them to where they need go. As a Customer Care Volunteer you would also be required to perform administrative duties along with providing informational resources to our community.

Description
The Humane Society of the Nature Coast is a no kill, no-time limit shelter. We are a 501(3)C charity that uses the donations received to support the building, staff and animal care for our animals. We do not receive funds from the federal, state or local government. We also do not receive funds from the Humane Society of the United States, United Way or any other national entity. We rely on donations given by our community, grants and concerned groups. We strive to provide a second chance for animals to find their furever loving home.
