ORGANIZATION: The Worldview Project

We are currently seeking talented individuals to edit, add, and maintain content for several different sections of our online magazine, the San Diego Participant Observer. We prefer people who are passionate about cross-cultural understanding, as well as, individuals who are excited to learn about digital publishing. Our sections include the following: current events, community happenings, fine arts, film and television, education, so on and so forth.

As we are based in San Diego, California, even though we are all working remotely we have a preference for volunteers who are living here or who have a considerable familiarity with San Diego.

The ideal candidate will have: general computer skills, some website experience (willing to train), basic research skills, ability to work the necessary hours (depends on the section you are assigned to), good writing and communication skills, proactive, dependability, resourcefulness, and cooperation.

Most of our work happens during normal business hours, with only occasional weekend or evening hours requested. Our minimum commitment for a volunteer is 120 hours within a 6 months period and for interns, 120 hours within a 3 months timeframe.

Please visit our website at and our online magazine at for more information about our organization and the work we do!
