Help local youth get back on track by supervsing court-ordered community service hours at the library. 2 committed volunteers, 21 years of age or older, are being recruited to work with teenagers coming through Tigard's Peer Court and Youth Municipal Court. Teens benefit from caring, consistent adults and the example they set. Volunteers will scheduled and facilitate teens' mandated hours shelving at the library.

Tigard Public Library is a vibrant, suburban library, serving over 70,000 residents of Tigard and surrounding Washington County. 40+ paid staff and 200 volunteers make it work by working together to create a very special public place for learning and play.
