Our Hunger Resource Center has seen a 26% increase in families that need our assistance. We need your help to get food to our warehouse and on the shelves to meet this need.

Food Recovery Driver volunteers make routine pick-ups to rescue food from grocery stores and restaurants to help those families. Shifts are Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm. Volunteers are asked to commit to at least one shift per week for at least six months or longer. Monday drivers are currently our greatest need.

Volunteers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Ride along training with experience volunteer or staff and vehicle provided.

Sign up to be a Food Recover Driver today! One day a week can make a life-long impact on a family in need.

Please note this opportunity is a long-term opportunity (six months or longer) and is not for community service completion.
