Are you interested in science, but more specifically, helping others become interested in science? This volunteer is the perfect fit for you!
Education and science exhibit volunteers assist Whitaker Center’s Education Staff on a day to day basis. Your assistance is crucial to the hundreds of groups and families that visit Whitaker Center. You will be working directly with school groups as they arrive to discover and explore our science center, assisting in classroom and lunch areas and helping to keep things under control in the science center. You will have many exciting and rewarding experiences helping to educate the children that visit Whitaker Center.
Shifts for this position are 4 hours long, and scheduling is flexible.
