First impressions are lasting, and you can help us to welcome patients, families, and visitors upon their arrival at the entrance to the hospital. Understandably, our visitors are often hurried and under stress. By escorting visitiors to their hospital destinations, Guest Services volunteers can reduce visitors' stress while increasing their satisfaction.
