Create a warm, welcoming environment by serving as the main point of contact and information for all visitors.

  • Staff front reception desk
  • Greet and orient all visitors to gallery
  • Greet and direct all business appointments
  • Help visitors adhere to security and visitor guidelines
  • Process sales of art and register individuals for programs
  • Maintain Visitor Services Manual
  • Answer and direct occasional phone calls, internal and external
  • Help artists to locate and pick up artworks during "pick-up" times
  • General administrative tasks as requested by various staff
