Hana Center is asking for this volunteer to fill in at our Suburbs office (664 N. Milwaukee Ave, Prospect Heights) to do reception, or legal clinic interpretation. The Northwest satellite center is in desperate need of a Korean/English bilingual (preferably also Spanish!) individual who can work the reception desk from 9-5 (flexible upon conversation). The legal clinics are every first Thursday of the month, so it can be a very flexible opportunity.

Hours:

6-6:45PM Dinner (provided)

7-10PM Legal Clinic

We are looking for ESL tutor volunteers. Tutoring usually lasts about 1 hour and during this hour you will help the student with their reading, writing, and grammar skills. We will pair you with a student at the time that is most convenient for the both of you. Therefore, we are very flexible with hours.
