Volunteers welcome visitors to the Reston Museum, answer questions, and ring up sales. Training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to meet a great deal of people in the Reston community and beyond. If you love talking about history you will love this volunteer opportunity! We are specifically looking for weekend assistance. Shifts are from 11 am to 1:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4 pm.

We operate the Reston Museum & Shop in Lake Anne Village Center, where we bring together residents, local businesses, civic and community groups, and schools to tell the story of Reston as a pioneering American suburban community. With a common understanding of the past, those who live and work in Reston can understand the present and plan for the future
