As a direct service volunteer/intern, at The Children's Assessment Center there are many ways to get involved! Whether you escort families to different departments, work in our training facility, or spend time with children in our onsite Activity Center you can make a difference!
For those that volunteer specifically in our Activity Center, your role will be to establish rapport, create a comfortable and safe environment for children as they await services at The CAC. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing food, clothing, emotional support, friendship, and an active environment where children, age’s birth through 17, can play and explore.
