The mission of BUYF is to help high-risk, low-income minority youth develop spiritually, emotionally, academically, and economically.

BUYF begins working with truant youth in middle school and partners with them throughout their educational career. BUYF staff help them identify why they are not consistantly engaged in school, providing them the support and assistance they need in order to overcome those barriers keeping them out of school.

BUYF does this through case managent, vision casting, positive peer groups, academic skill building, and life coaching.

In addition, BUYF holds CLUB, Christian Living Under the Bible, once a week. This is a time for all of our kids from the different schools we work in to come and have fun and fellowship together with a Christian message that is relevant to their lives.

Individuals will be responsible for entering expenses and revenue weekly into the Peachtree software, will print checks for board chair to sign each week, and will manage staff payrole. Will work closely with the Director of Development to ensure that public and private funding is entered correctly.
