The Flower Empower program is special to the Santa Barbara, Goleta and Carpinteria community. Each Saturday morning, volunteers gather in the Dream Foundation Parking Lot to create beautiful bouquets using flowers donated by local growers. These colorful bundles are then delivered to anyone in our community that may be experiencing some type of hardship, illness, grief or setbacks. Included with each bouquet is a package of home made cookies freshly baked by a local family, chocolates donated by a local business and a card created by local children.
The mission of the Flower Empower program is to remind individuals and their families that they are not alone and their community cares.

Description
The Dream Foundation is a national wish granting organization for adults over the age of 18 who have been diagnosed with a life limiting illness and a life expectancy of 1 year or less. We are now in our 20th year and served over 20,000 dreams during that time.
