BHSN's Eldercare Program provides an array of services to caregivers and their aging loved ones. Our services include Caregiver Respite, a lending library (videos and books), confidential support groups, caregiver training, information and referral on services available locally and services available for long-distance caregiving.

Description
BHSN has emerged as the leader in behavioral health services in the northernmost area of New York State bordering Canada and Vermont. Located along the shores of Lake Champlain, BHSN has over 14 sites which comprise its 2 5 programs and administrative facility. Our administrative offices are located in the City of Plattsburgh. Clients live or are seen at various locations which meet their needs throughout the tri-county area of Clinton, Essex and Franklin counties in northeastern New York State.
