People Who Care - - Friendly Visiting

ORGANIZATION: People Who Care

People Who Care have "Neighbors" without family or relatives close by, are socially isolated and alone. By Friendly Visiting, this allows that "Neighbor" to not feel so alone.

Social isolation in the elderly is a huge issue, leading to depression, lack of appetite and declining health. Many of our "Neighbors" tell us that we have made a huge difference in their lives and wouldn't know what they would do without our assistance. That is a huge compliment!

People WhoCare offers an opportunity that will enhance the quality of life by visiting a "Neighbor" for an hour or two weekly.
