People Who Care assists Neighbors who can no longer drive - due to aging or health issues (close to 400!) in Prescott, Chino Valley and Prescott Valley. This allows our "Neighbors" to remain living in their homes as long as safely possible.
Shopping with "Neighbors". Driving to and from the grocery store, walking through the grocery store, assisting with items chosen, carrying grocieries, if needed, into their homes. Friendly conversation.
Shopping for "Neighbors". Meeting Neighbors in their home to go over the shopping list, making sure item choices are understood. Shopping for those chosen items, returning, helping place items, assisting with opening tight lids, if requested. Friendly conversation.
People who care is a "non-guilt" flexible volunteer organization.
