Skirball Hospice Needs Individuals with Strong Clerical/Organizational and Data Entry/Computer Skills to help in our office!
Are you looking for a meaningful volunteer experience? Do you need more administrative history on your resume? Our non-profit hospice needs administrative assistance in our records department (i.e.,filing, organizing records, faxing, copying). Our Volunteer Department needs help with data entry, keeping track of volunteers' credentials, keeping our volunteer files up-to-date, and assisting with other administrative tasks to maintain and build our program as we serve terminally ill patients and their families.
If you like working behind the scenes and enjoy a friendly office environment, we would love to speak with you!
All of our volunteers go through an onboarding/screening process similar to our employees. A pre-employment physical, TB Test, drug screening and background check (Livescan) are mandatory.
