SCORE is a volunteer association and resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). We provide free business mentoring and low-cost workshops to anyone interested.
The Chapter has a need for business men and women willing to give their time to help entrepreneurs in Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, and St. Marys Countys in Maryland. We invite working and retired executives, small business owners, educators and other professionals to become volunteer counselors.
In addition to counselors, SCORE seeks volunteers with strong organizational skills to work with counselors and clients in outreach programs, marketing, setting up and running workshops and general office support (including computer operation and database administration). Training is provided.
