Travelers Aid Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is a nonprofit organization whose staff and volunteers work together to assist passengers from around the world.
Travelers Aid EWR seeks to support airport passengers in a variety of capacities. In more complex cases, Travelers Aid staff is prepared to assist with social service referrals, resources and/or connecting individuals with support systems. Volunteers are the core resource of the Travelers Aid program. They lend their knowledge and experience to passengers by suggesting tourist information, giving maps/brochures and offering guidance on how to navigate the airport and the transit systems of New Jersey & New York.
Travelers Aid volunteers receive a uniform, complimentary parking, food voucher and (in some cases) public transportation reimbursement. Available shifts are 11:00am to 4:00pm or 4:00pm to 9:00pm, 7 days a week.
*At this time we look are looking for both shifts: Monday,Tuesday,Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Wednesday and Thursday we look for volunteers from 4 pm - 9 pm.
