Our mission is to reduce the pet over-population in Central New York by providing low-cost spay & neuter services for pets that belong to low-income persons, strays, shelter animals & feral cats.

This will be accomplished by having staff and volunteers work together. We currently have a need for a Clinical Support Volunteer.

The SANS clinic is open Mon-Thur between 10a-4p. Volunteer hours are flexible but, it would be ideal if volunteers could commit to 2 hours at a time.

Clinical Support Volunteer Tasks will include:

Draw up vaccines, wash, and sort surgical instruments, clean cat carriers, floors (sweep/mop/)wash), listen to and return phone messages and do laundry (wash, dry, fold, sort).

All tasks will be given to volunteers based on their comfort level and skills. If you have a particular skill set please reach out to us as we have many volunteer opportunities in a variety of areas.
