Outside In is looking for volunteers to help operate the Syringe Exchange program and to engage in discussion with participants about their health.
Outside In's Syringe Exchange is dedicated to harm reduction and better health for all its clients. Providing sterile needles dramatically reduces the spread of HIV and Hepatitis C. The program also offers rapid testing, overdose prevention, educational information, and referrals to other healthcare services and treatment options.
Outside In's mission is to support homeless youth and other marginalized people as they move towards improved health and self-sufficiency.
Volunteer shifts are once a week, Monday-Friday.

Poverty, homelessness, and inadequate access to healthcare prevent people from achieving full health and well-being. With our client-centered approach, Outside In specializes in providing care that overcomes barriers and helps our patients reach their health goals. We work in partnership with all our patients to find a path towards greater health and wellness.
We support homeless youth.
Outside In provides youth with the hope, confidence, and skills necessary to build stable lives. We treat our clients with respect and believe in them. They can and do turn their lives around.
