Position is focused on increasing customer satisfaction and promoting a unified Cancer Program through greeting patients and visitors, assisting them in finding the available cancer srevices within the Cancer Center and assisting in creating a positive patient experience. This volunteer position places special emphasis on rounding every hour to see if there is anything you can do to help a patient or assist a staff member.
Tasks include:
Visit/assist patients and visitors if they need anything
Escort/Transport patients to and from area
Run errands
Stocking supplies
Projects to support the department
Must follow any current hospital masking guidelines.

Ascension Columbia St. Mary's is an organization that includes four hospitals - Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Milwaukee (including the Women’s Hospital), Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Ozaukee, Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Institute and a partnership with the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin - as well as 65 primary care clinics and the Columbia College of Nursing.
