Can you spare an hour a week for the next couple of months to help our ladies rebuild their lives? It would mean the world to them.
We are looking for volunteers to teach life skills classes to our ladies.
Group discussions require a topic, a short introduction, facilitating conversation (redirecting conversation to positives and gently correcting misinformation when it comes up.) Typically a hand out is useful. We have all of the materials you might need and a lot of topics to cover or you can create you own.
Examples:
Hygiene
Anger Management
Keeping Clutter Down
Self-Esteem
Eating Habits
Identifying Emotions
etc..
