Help seniors save money and better utilize their health benefits!

MMAP has opportunities for you to become a Counselor specializing in Medicare benefits. We ask that our volunteers commit to 5 hours per month or more. We will provide office space, equipment and supplies for you.

MMAP provides upfront training and ongoing support to our counselors with in person training offered throughout the year and webinars that you can view at any time. Training will include online and in person classes. After completing the initial training counselors are given time to shadow experienced counselors until they feel ready to counsel on their own.

During one-on-one counseling sessions you will be able to save people money by helping them find insurance benefits better suited to their needs. Enroll people in programs that will save costs. Explain benefits so they can be fully utilized.
