It is important that they portray Navy Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) as a professional, friendly, and effiecient organization. CSAs learn how to greet clients with a professional demeanor, provide accurate information concering the Society, maintain client confidentiality, make appointments, check-in clients, ensure the smooth transition of the client from check-in to caseworker, organize files, and do a multitude of other office related activities. NMCRS assistants develop computer, basic office equipment, and professional interpersonal skills. IMPORNTANT NOTE: Knowlegde of military is not required! You need to be someone who has an excitement to learn and help service members in need. Childcare and mileage reimbursement is available.
