Me and my friends need homes

Visit us to become a volunteer. Tells us in your email (or stop by) details about YOU so we can direct you to the right opportunity in our organization - NAME, AGE AND WHY YOU WANT TO HELP- Everything you need to know about us is below:

Visit our locations- Ruth's Memorial shelter (dogs) and Princeton's Meow (cats) to see the opportunities in action. The "pay" that you receive is the heartwarming satisfaction that comes from knowing YOU made the difference in the lives of animals who have been abandoned, unwanted or abused by others!

"Workers" at Humane Societies or other rescue groups are NOT paid. Donations though are tax deductible (and in CONSTANT need) We are ALL VOLUNTEERS-like you can be - Volunteering means learning commitment. YOU make the difference for the animals. An hour or a day a week or a month - cats and dogs NEED your help and caring. Walking dogs, socializing all animals, cleaning and feeding. Or be a foster for an animal or two - it's like having a whole bunch of animals you can call your own - at least until they find their FUREVER homes - Then getting updates from the adopters telling about the new life for the animals you helped. You learn a lot and often make many new friends.

Stop by and join us - by yourself OR WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY - or groups/teams- Your ACTIVE involvement and commitment can truly make a difference in how animals are cared for in our community.

With multiple adoption locations (see the website) and a desperate need for foster families, plus fundraisers and adoption events, we NEVER have enough people. And when you don't have the time, we can always use donations for the care of the animals until they are adopted. Money ALWAYS is welcome (we know where to find the deals!!), but check our website for the list of everyday needs.

Opportunities to help animals are endless - Wagging tails and purring "motors" will make you feel like you've found the BEST JOB EVER!!
