We need additional volunteers as mentors to meet demand as well as volunteers to support our chapters administrative duties.

Candidates for mentors should be (i) Business Generalists with business ownership or large company senior executive experience or (ii) Subject Matter Experts in specific business areas like e-commerce, non-profit formation/operation, marketing, etc. Personal qualities needed include patience, listening skills, inquisitiveness while counseling, adaptability, flexibility, tolerance for ambiguity, and "big picture" thinking.

Candidates for administrative support volunteers should have 1) good organizational skills; 2) good communication skills; and 3) good computer skills.
