Volunteer Advocates provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and referrals to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence and to their significant others on the phone and in person at area hospitals. After completing 36 hours of training, Advocates are on call one six-hour shift per week. THE NEXT TRAINING SESSION BEGINS SOON at the Family Justice Center (see map). Description
The Family Justice Center of St. Joseph County is the county's Rape Crisis Center and leader in domestic violence and stalking advocacy services. S-O-S is our 24/7 crisis response program, providing phone and hospital advocacy.
