Literacy Advance offers free English classes to adults in the Houston community, and we need a tutor at the Henington Alief Library.
You DON'T need teaching experience, and you DON'T need a second language to be an ESL tutor! Literacy Advance provides free training and materials, and we do all of the administrative work, too.
Class is scheduled to start Monday, June 19, and meet for 12 weeks, Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
If you want to help, please contact us today to enroll in a 1-hour introduction and a 6-hour training in early June.
