We all remember the impact that an adult taking time from their life to single us out and make us feel special had on us. They helped make us who we are today. Big Brothers Big Sisters Community-based mentoring program engages adult volunteers in a mentoring role with vulunerable children to inspire and motivate them to expand their horizons and achieve success. This unique program allows adult/chid matches to develop their relationships through community exploration and experiences. This program allows you to be a guide for the child to help them see new things and become engaged in activities that they may not have had the opportunity to explore without your involvement.
The match is supported by a professional mentoring coach and includes the engagement of the parent(s) of the child.
