Centro Cultural esta en busqueda de voluntarios interesados en enseñar a un pequeño grupo de adultos ( entre 3 y 5) a aprender a leer y escribir. Esta es una gran oportunidad para aquellos interesados en trabajar en la educacion para adultos.
Este grupo se reune los dias sabados de 9 a 11 de la mañana por 9 semanas. La mayoria de los estudiantes pueden comunicarse en español, sin embargo algunos de ellos tienen como primer idioma un dialecto indigena. Por esta razon, preferimos a un hispanohablante con tolerancia hacia otras lenguas. Se le dara prioridad a aquellos que sean capaces de comprometerse a participar en el programa durante las 9 semanas

Centro Cultural is in search of volunteers interested in teaching a small group of adults to teach them how to read and write.
This group meets every Saturday from 9 to 11am for 9 weeks. The mayority of these students are native Spanish speakers, however some fo them speak amerindian dialects as their main language. For this reason, we would prefer a Spanish speaker tolerand to other languages. In addition, we would give preference to these commited to participate in the program for the 9 weeks.

Description
Centro Cultural is the Spanish Community Center in Western Washington County. We offer classes in English as a Second Language, Computer, Spanish Literacy, GED and INEA to complete an education. We also provide information and referral to assist newcomers in the community to find the resources they need. Centro Cultural and the Latino community host numerous cultural events during the year to encourage cultural awareness within the Latino and Anglo communities.
