Birthday Dreams hosts monthly group birthday parties at homeless shelters around the Puget Sound area. You can help host a birthday party by playing games with the children, helping with craft projects and serving cake and ice-cream. This a great way to get kids involved in helping kids, and it a lot of fun for grown-ups, too. You can volunteer as frequently as you would like. There is no minimum requirement.

Mission Statement
Birthday Dreams brings hope and joy to homeless children in the Puget Sound area with the gift of a birthday party.
Description
Birthday Dreams was founded on the simple principle that children must have a sense of hope, encouragement and belief that there are people who care so that they can weather the storms of their circumstances. One day, their day, to be free of all burdens and just enjoy the excitement of their birthday party.
We have a great time hosting birthday parties at homeless shelters in the Puget Sound area. As an alternative to an on-site party, we also provide a Birthday-in-a-Box, which contains everything a parent or guardian needs to help the child have a wonderful birthday.
