Katz 4 Keeps has rescued and placed over 1,100 cats since 2003. We have a stunning feline shelter in Ponte Vedra Beach. "Clean & Feed" volunteers are needed to help us clean our cats' cages, feed our beautiful felines, and give them some love and play time. Volunteers would also meet with visitors who are interested in adopting our cats and even join one of several committees within the organization.

Mission Statement
To rescue and rehabilitate abandoned and unwanted kittens and mature cats and find them loving forever homes.
Description
We are a feline rescue, established as a 501 c3 in January 2008. Mary Boushie, founder, started rescuing kittens shortly after moving to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2003. We take pride in the fact that we have rescued, rehabbed and found homes for over 1,100 felines. All of our kittens receive the best in medical care: HIV/FeLV testing, microchip, fecals, flea protection, all appropriate innoculations, and spay or neuter, as well as socialization throughour children's (12-to-17 year old students) program, the "Luv 'Em Up Bunch." Since 2010 we have leased a 1200 sq ft facility in Ponte Vedra Beach. In December 2013, we received a grant that enabled us to purchase custom-built "condos" for our felines. We have been fortunate to attract volunteers from Ponte Vedra Beach north to Atlantic Beach and west to the Southside. We have earned an excellent reputation in Ponte Vedra Beach and the north beaches. A number of adopting families have returned to us for a second, even third cat! - Mary Boushie, Founder
