At LLCHC, we believe it is critical to provide care for the whole person. Our Spiritual Care program, staffed by clergy and volunteers, ministers to LLCHC patients by encouraging, listening and praying with them.
LLCHC Spiritual Care providers are a vital part of the team of doctors and nurse practitioners who care for our patients. Individuals who are interested in becoming a Spiritual Care provider must complete 12 hours of training at LLCHC. The informative training explores Dr. Dan Fountain’s "Helping the Hurt Life: A Team Approach to Caring for the Whole Person." At the conclusion of the training, volunteers will be equipped with tools to serve others in prayer both over the phone and in person.
If you are interested in listening, talking, and praying with those who are hurting, attend the March 23-24 training session. Contact email@example.com for more information.
