Change Alarming Statistics

Did you know that Colorado has the 28 th highest drop out rate in the country? Know this: 48% of youth in Denver and 33% of youth in Aurora will drop out of high school, but if they have mentors, they are 86% more likely to stay in school and graduate. Know this: 97% of the youth involved in OUR program will graduate. Take a stand and change the course of Colorado's future.

Be a Part of a Community

This program is a great opportunity to meet people without the traditional social pressures. Sharing your experiences with others and being committed to a common cause can bond a small community of people forever. Be a part of something special.

We are the only mentoring organization in Denver that has the freshman year as the entry point for the youth in the program. This means that the youth that have fallen through the cracks still have a chance to live their dreams and have someone in their life who believes in them. Mentoring a high school aged youth is extremely rewarding as they have perceptive insights and this is a time of great development. We also start our program with an amazing, life changing 3-day free trip to the mountains. Furthermore, in every step you take you are supported by numerous people we want to you to have an incredible year.
