Do you desire to have a Career in the Medical Field? Do you consider it significant or an honor to support the Patient and Loved Ones during the time of transition?
Vigil Volunteers provide a caring Bedside Presence and Emotional Support during a Patient's last hours of life as well as to be there to support the Patient's Loved Ones during this time of transition. Vigil volunteering takes place in Nursing Facilities or in Patients' own Home throughout the Chicagoland Suburban Area (Cook, Lake, and McHenry Counties).
Vigil Volunteers truly make a difference and help ensure that no Patient dies alone...Veterans or Civilians.
