At the end of life there a few things that most people want:

  • To be remembered
  • To pass down life experiences and beliefs
  • To know their life mattered
  • To carry on their legacy

Crossroads Hospice is looking for volunteers to help fulfill these desires by helping patients create a Life Journal to pass on to their loved ones. Volunteers meet with patients to gather pictures and stories to be included in the journal. Then, using Crossroads website, will create a beautiful hard- bound Life Journal for their families to cherish for years to come. Contact the Volunteer Manager for more information. Training is required. Must be at least 16 years old to volunteer.

Please contact Tiffany Fuller at tiffany.fuller@crossroadshospice.com or at 405-632-9631 for more information.

About Crossroads Hospice

Location:

1301 SE 59th St, United States, Oklahoma City, OK 73129, US

Mission Statement

Crossroads Hospice is committed to being at the forefront of the hospice care industry, to continually shape the way palliative care is viewed and administered so that everyone can expect more from us.

Description

"Why not?" is a question we ask ourselves every day. It is the question responsible for our beginning and it has made us who we are today. "Why not?" helps us find new and better ways to deliver hospice care to patients, families, caregivers, and health care professionals alike. It helps us connect with our communities, share our knowledge, be accessible 24/7, innovate, lead, and raise the bar. "Why not?" has helped us create a hospice experience we believe is second to none...and are confident you'll agree.

Expect More From Us. We Do.
