Amedisys Hospice of Parkersburg is seeking volunteers for our patients and families in our community. Our patients are in thier own homes as well as local nursing facilities in the Wood County area. Also, we are proud members of the national We Honor Veterans Program, and are always in need of Veteran volunteers that would like to reach out to other Veterans on our program. Flexible training is available, and no previous medical or hospice experience necessary. This opportunity is for applicants 16 yrs of age and older who would like to make a difference in the lives of others. Being a volunteer with us at Amedisys Hospice you become part of our family, bringing the things that you enjoy doing to our patients lives makes a difference each and every day.
